How Users Opt In

SMS notifications are an opt-in only feature. No messages are sent unless you have:

  1. Added a valid mobile phone number to your profile.
  2. Turned on the master "Enable SMS Notifications" toggle below.
  3. Individually enabled one or more notification types.

SMS Notification Settings

Enable SMS Notifications

Master toggle — must be on to receive any SMS alerts

Turn this on to configure which SMS alerts you'd like to receive.

Work Orders

Work Order In Progress

SMS when a work order is moved to In Progress

Work Order Completed

SMS when a work order is marked as Completed

Communications

New Warehouse Message

SMS when the warehouse sends a new message in your company thread

Messages will be sent to

No phone number on file — add one in your profile to receive SMS messages.

By enabling SMS notifications and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Innovative Support Systems for the notification types you have selected above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or return to your profile settings to disable SMS notifications individually or entirely.

How to Unsubscribe

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message received from our number to immediately unsubscribe from all messages.
  • Log into the IWS Client Portal → Profile → SMS tab → toggle off "Enable SMS Notifications" to opt out of all SMS alerts.
  • Individual notification types can also be disabled independently while keeping the master toggle on.
